This classic Arthur Rutenberg Homes “Nassau V” is custom built in Caloosa Preserve and ready for immediate occupancy. We really did some neat things to this home. We enlarged it to have 4 bedrooms, and a den with 3 baths down. Then we added a bonus room on the first floor. We also added a second floor which features two dormer windows, a large bonus/game room, a half bath and a balcony overlooking the pool and the lake beyond. Outside we did even more. To complement the 3 car side entrance garage, we added an additional 2 car garage that is so large and deep that you could store your boat in it.
